    read the rules some make sense other are a little weird like catch combo abuse while they say don t abuse it to get multiple shinny s it feel a little to vague were and seem like a well intention rule that could get abused really easily that and the legends and shinny rule s**uld just be first come first serve if u miss it u miss it not well it spa** and this guy so since u caught it and he didn t it counts as u stealing it get banned
