Unstable SMP is a public cross-platform Minecraft survival server. The same hostname works for Java and Bedrock, which makes the server easy to save on either edition. Minecraft 26.1 and newer are supported, and version 26.2 is recommended.

JAVA EDITION SETUP
Launch Minecraft Java Edition, open Multiplayer, and choose Add Server. Set the server name to Unstable SMP and enter unstablesmp.net as the Server Address. Leave the address exactly as written without adding a port. Save the entry, select it from the multiplayer screen, and join.

BEDROCK EDITION SETUP
Launch Minecraft Bedrock Edition, choose Play, and open Servers. Choose Add Server, name the entry Unstable SMP, and use unstablesmp.net for the Server Address. Set the Port to 19132. Save the entry and join.
